Stop asking relationship status for people picking up prescriptions. It’s not relevant and it’s not your business. Pickups are often delayed until staff call the patient, which suggests unnecessary fear or overcaution in issuing prescriptions.

Not great, has trouble with running insurance correctly and is very dismissive when patients/customers try to correct incorrect costs. I know what's on the formulary, I called insurance, I'm only here because I know what I'm paying, but they seem to want to push you away even when there's no one else behind you. Granted, I don't doubt people argue and yell over things when they barely even know their own Rx# but some of us triple checked and getting charged more than expected can derail a whole day/week/month depending on how much it is.

The pharmacy staff is not like the store. Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly; the pharmacy, not so much. Vanessa talks too fast and does not listen well. She is not friendly or helpful. The seniors especially need someone more caring and patient.

Got a text in may 2nd saying my prescription was ready, came today may 10th to get it and they said they already put it back. This sort of thing keeps happening and the staff is so cold. Last time they filled a script that needed reconstituted and they sent it home with me dry. I called and told them and they said I could only use purified water so I had to go buy that and do it myself. Over it.
