Customer Reviews
I can’t speak to how it was before, but Since this Publix re opened, the pharmacy has been excellent. No issues filling prescriptions, getting flu shot, etc.
Did anyone ever consider the pressure they have been under during the pandemic? They have very stressful jobs and are under appreciated. If they seem rude and inflexible when administering your booster shot, it is because they have done so many booster shots and have so many more to give that they want to be efficient. I heard someone arguing yesterday because his prescription was ready but couldn't be picked up until the next day. Please people, have some empathy. Be kinder to the ones who are trying to keep you healthy and remember all they have done, especially these last few years.
Everyone else besides an older white gentleman are extremely nice. I understand there are procedures but there should be a way to regulate them without being an A hole. Or at least provide information regarding your decision not to do your job. He acts like hes the dr and doesn't seem to want to give you the medication that you were prescribed by a REAL Dr. My girlfriend wont have anything to do with this pharmacy because the same gentleman has done the same thing to her. I go there out of convenience and if you find yourself there be careful. Hopefully it's just something he has against my girlfriend and I and treats other people better.
The pharmacy technicians are absolutely the rudest people of any pharmacy we have ever shopped at. This continued behavior needs to be addressed by store management and if store management is unwilling to address the consistent rude behavior than the corporate office needs to fix the problem.
I had to laugh at the description of pharmacy at Publix in Promenade plaza. They describe themselves as compassionate. They are the rudest, most inconsiderate group of people to work in customer service I've ever encountered. I transferred the majority of my prescriptions to another Pharmacy after several interactions with rude staff at this Pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
