Had just left my doctor's office and headed right to Publix to dropoff/pickup scripts. (Ear and head in pain but I'm still smiling). The pharmacy didn't open for another 20 minutes so I decided to wait till 9 when they open. Cory arrived at about 10 minutes till 9 and never once said good morning or anything. Just looked like he had an attitude this early in the morning. Annalise showed up at "9:00" to open the gates. Not sure at all why no one would come a little earlier to open and set up and be prepared to take customers at 9 when they open. So us customers (who are very sick) have to wait a little longer while they put their items away, turn on computers and finally say good morning. I hand my prescriptions to her and struggling to catch my breath, asked for the price. She said it woul
Twice now they delayed my prescriptions because of shipping. Not once did anyone inquire how soon I needed it. This latest time when I picked up another prescription they told me a day or two. My wife goes in a couple of days later(Friday) and they tell her it should be on the truck Monday. I call on Sunday and they tell me it won’t be in today and that they weren’t in charge of shipping. I understand things happen, but a flippant attitude is unacceptable. Waiting nearly a week for a common blood pressure medication that I’m out of isn’t acceptable. You also can’t order too soon because you’re not allowed to stockpile it. The system is broken and nobody seems to take responsibility or care.
I set an appointment with Publix Pharmacy and specified I wanted the new mNEXSPIKE,, however the pharmacists administered the Pfizer vaccine which I had not consented to. At no time prior to the injection was I informed of the substitution. I only discovered it upon receiving the paperwork afterwards.
Useless and unhelpful. Publix should be ashamed. Tried to get Sudafed, which is sold behind the counter. After rushing in my extremely ill state to make it before 9pm, the pharmacist (working closing shift 7/21/25) claimed her system wouldn’t log her in so she couldn’t sell it to me. Then just shrugged and said “you can get the kind we sell in the aisle, it just doesn’t work as well.” How long was that system down? What if someone had come for their prescription? You just let it be down? Or was it actually that you didn’t want to have to do anything a few minutes before closing so that you could leave at 9 on the dot. I used to like this Publix, but I will never return. The completely unhelpful and unsympathetic pharmacist was not at all what I expect out of a Publix.
lol... What's that very popular lament in Google reviews? "If I could give them zero stars I would." The pharmacy staff at this, Post Rd location, are so impatient with customers that get prescriptions filled here. They seem to just want you to pick up your meds and be out of their atmosphere. I'm trying to explain to a staff member named Dream, an issue I'm having with medication and we're having a discussion about when things are available and she just throws her arms up in the air and walks away saying "I can't deal with this customer". So the pharmacist comes over and she's not anymore polite, understanding, or explanatory. Neither of them listened to what I was telling them, and as such gave a response that made absolutely no sense to the question I was asking of them. It is highly
