Publix Pharmacy at Pooler Marketplace

I've consistently received bad customer service from the technicians here at this Market Place Location. As an individual with profound hearing loss, I'm doing my best to communicate and be understood but when that same effort is not extended back in this semi medical setting it is deeply upsetting.

I walked in for a flu shot and was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait so I said I’ll just make an appt. I went back at my appt time and was told it would be a 20 min wait. There were zero customers there. I don’t think they understand what an appt means. It was a waste of two trips and they seemed like they cared little about wasting the time of customers. The pharmacist actually suggested I make another appt for the next day and maybe there wouldn’t be a wait. 😞

Ive gone to many publix stores pharmacies and the pharmacists here have been the most helpful and genuinely nice. They walked me through all the medications so someone with zero medical knowledge understands and even walked out from behind the counter to walk down the aisle to find alternatives since the prescription was out. Thank you for your help and for caring.:)

I have been to SEVERAL Publix Stores in the area while recovering from knee surgery and this is the ONLY store who has had dead motorized carts. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5..all dead as hell. I advised their team of it, but they didn't care. Didn't even look me in the eye or act like they cared. What of the people who literally can't walk and rely on these? Of course the manager was not available so I left my number. Unfortunately for them, I get my meds through this location so I will be back. I can argue this face to face. 💓

So sadden it’s like WOW from the reviews this negative behavior has been going on for a while…..Called to check if medication was filled and ready for pick up. Young lady answers the phone is so rude, unprofessional, lack customer service skills. After informing me what was ready , I replied Thank You she just said “UH HUM” so rude. If you don’t like your job then just quit don’t make customer’s life miserable because you’re miserable or agitated. Customer’s are paying their hard earned money for professional ,courteous service and you never know what a customer is going through after seeing their doctor’s and being prescribed medication or even what it’s for. It could be your love ones that may be in the same predicament you would want them to be treated with respect. Management should
