Publix Pharmacy at Point Hope Commons

I love this pharmacy. They have always treated me so nice. They keep me informed about my prescriptions and go out of their way to get the best price.

Horrible horrible experience. Woman with braids in her hair took 20 minutes to give me my prescription all to go on a rant about the dealership I work at and then preceded to tell other customers to go elsewhere for their business and stay away from us. The manager stood behind her and said nothing and continued acting like he didn’t hear this ladies terrible customer service. I did nothing wrong to her, I have never met her in my life. My family and I will not give our business to this awful place again. To complain about bad service but then turn around and give bad service is unreal to me!

Jason Jones, the pharmacist at this location (pointe hope off Clement’s ferry) was so incredibly rude. I am pregnant and have medication I need and when I went to inquire about it yesterday, I left in tears. Both him and the tech that was assisting me acted as if myself and my questions were bothering them so drastically to the point I felt like I needed to apologize to them for my questions and even though I had to figure out my meds. After I apologized for something I shouldn’t have to (them doing their job), Jason Jones rolled his eyes and wouldn’t even acknowledge my existence or the fact that I was showing them grace. Not sure why there are any bad reviews for this place. Soooooo much better than any CVS!

Four times in a row our seizure medicine was supposed to come in, and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. No call to tell me it wasn't there, and they had no idea why it didn't come (though they did finally check on that after the 4th time). The first two times they said "next day" only to tell me the 3rd time that it was 2 weeks out. And then, no surprise, 2 and half weeks later, still not there. I've made 9 total trips to pick up the last 4 prescriptions, including driving to Goose Creek because this location couldn't fill it. It's seizure medication; it's not Tylenol. It's a necessity. And it's on auto fill so they know it's coming up. There's absolutely no excuse to have to go through this over and over and over again every 3 weeks while never hearing back from them that there'
