Publix Pharmacy at Peachtree East

The service was so good, I felt like we were in a commercial for Publix pharmacy. Molly offered to search for discount sites to find the best price for my medication which dropped the price to less than half of my insurance’s rate. I said I would like to figure out how to switch my CVS prescription to Publix, she said she could do it for me. I wished out loud that my two or prescriptions were filled at the same time each quarter so I could pick them up together, even though the time intervals were off, she had a solution for that too! Amazing Customer Service, thank you!

In this busy world of everyone doing their own thing, Luke and Kiara at this Publix were the most helpful that I have ever had at any Publix. They made sure that we were up to date on everything and answered every question we had with a smile. Thank you.

Just went to pick up meds that I refilled online Sunday to pick up after 9am on Tues. Only to be told I would have to wait 45 minutes to be filled. What's the point of having online refill? Publix you need to do better. You just lost a customer of over 20 years. Good bye

Horrible service. Came here after a dental surgery. Was told 30 mins. I Came back in 45 and they said “oh, we got stuck due to not having your insurance card.” - even though I’ve been here multiple times, they took my number during drop off and I was in the store the entire time. Not one phone call, no text, no communication until I returned, then had to wait in pain an additional 30 mins.

Called to see if they had a medication in stock. Med is apparently in short supply, and our current pharmacy has not been able to get it. Publix pharmacy won’t even tell me if they have it in stock without having the doctor cancel the previous prescription and write a new one to Publix, and only then potentially find out that they can not get the medication either. Great customer service (not). Just lost a potential long term family of prescriptions.
