Publix Pharmacy at Pawleys Island Plaza

Pharmacist is so helpful. Cannot say enough good things about him and the staff there. They are so attentive and nice. When I was prescribed antibiotics and wanted to get them started right away they did my prescription and it was ready in a few minutes. I was very grateful. Expected to wait but literally got it right then. Some customers are just so rude- you see and hear them when waiting in line- and the pharmacy staff has to deal with them. Don’t see how anyone could find fault with this pharmacy staff. I like having all my prescriptions and vaccinations in one place.

Zach and Ryan have always been extremely courteous and professional. Their attentiveness and apathy they’ve shown in my interactions is a pleasure.

Publix Pharmacy employees deliver outstanding customer service and are attentive to needs, concerns, and questions. I tried other pharmacies first, which were all epic fails: didn't receive my refill request, couldn't get my insurance to work, were out of stock for the medication I needed, etc.. Publix is the way to go. They have always been prepared and courteous.

Zach in the pharmacy’s Customer service skills are nonexistent. His condescending attitude and tone if voice were unacceptable. My self control led me to walk away instead of finding the manager and confronting this embarrassment of an employee. I shop and pharmacy business at Publix elsewhere. I will NEVER shop at this store again and will inform as many people as possible about this person at the pharmacy.

First and last time filling a script there. They gave me someone else’s prescriptions. Thank goodness I read my bottles before taking. They should really be more careful. I would not feel comfortable getting a script somewhere that makes an error like that.
