Publix Pharmacy at Park Place

The pharmacy lets the phone ring for 6-10 min. They have no personality, when I ask if my meds are ready after 1-4 days the answer is usually no or we need a prior authorization and then I have to call the doctor and get the prior authorization. Then I call back and they want to know more about my diagnosis which doesn’t seem like their business and then I have to wait longer for my meds to be prepared or ordered. It just doesn’t seem right! 45 min wait in the drive through is not unusual. I’m not sure what the issue is with this pharmacy.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but here I am. Publix Pharmacy in Thomasville Ga. Is probably the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Staff are often rude/short. Medication takes days to refill and when you do get it…… it’s someone else’s medication. Yep…. I was given someone else medication. Don’t even think about calling in to ask a question, you’ll sit on the line for indefinitely….. I would move pharmacy right away if I found someone else who took Good Rx.

Seems like they aren’t prioritizing customer over busy work. Didn’t greet anyone but did say after ten minutes someone will be there without eye contact or any kind of customer care.

I called in to check the status a medication that the doctor had just called in, and got Michelle on the phone at the pharmacy. Michelle went above and beyond to get this medication that our insurance didn't cover, and it was going to be over a thousand dollars and she got me a discount card, and now we are going to pay $0. Thanks Michelle

Medicine was called in @12 noon today .. I called the pharmacy 5 times no one picked up , called after lunch which is after 3pm no one still was considering enough to answer the phone. Pull up in the drive thru to see if my prescription was ready & the pharmacy technician told me no give them 30 mins which is very very inconsiderate & im in so much pain!! Very poor customer service & inconsiderate staff members!!
