Publix Pharmacy at Paradise Shoppes of Summerville

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is nice and clean, including the bathrooms. Only one thing I'm not happy about..rainchecks. Staff told me they quit doing that during COVID. COVID has been done and over with. All the other grocery stores give out rainchecks. If it wasn't for this, I would have given 5 stars.

I feel bad for the lack of stars because of one miserable employee they have working in the pharmacy. Everyone except for this woman has always been so helpful, friendly, and welcoming.This woman on multiple occasions has been degrading and rude to myself and I’ve witnessed her do it to other customers. It has been bad enough that I switched all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy just because of her. I was checking out one time with groceries (not at the pharmacy) and I asked the cashier who would I speak too over a rude employee at the pharmacy. The cashier and bagger both looked at each other and said that employees name in unison. This employee shouldn’t have any kind of job that involves respect, empathy, and kindness. When I recently had back surgery, I had a prescription filled here. If taken with my daily medication, there would be a fatal interaction. The pharmacist called me and informed me of it as well as spoke to my doctor. She was kind and pleasant to speak with. I am very thankful! I am going to be switching all of my prescriptions here now. The pharmacists at this pharmacy care and you can trust them with your health when it comes to medication.

Got my 2nd Moderna booster (4th dose) this morning. I highly recommend Publix Pharmacy on Central! They were quick, clean. professional, and friendly. The pharmacist wore a mask (correctly), new gloves, and was very informative. I appreciate having them so close to home. 😊

Ridiculously overpriced. Bad service. No cart return in parking lot. Just terrible overall.
