Publix Pharmacy at Paradise Shoppes of Perry

Everytime I have to get a prescription filled, whether for myself or my daughters it is never ready when it’s supposed to be. The employees lie about when it will actually be ready, and then I spend most my evening just sitting and waiting for unnecessary long periods of time until the employees decide they will do their job. Including the pharmacist who I’ve just watched stand in the same spot for 30 mins actually like she was doing work (I could see the computer screen though).

Publix Pharmacy in Perry has come through for us so many times! My prescription was filled by after-hours at 8:45pm. Publix had it ready at 8:50pm and stayed late so we pick it up. They have gone above and beyond multiple times, and I am very impressed with their service!

The absolute worst Publix pharmacy to use. I’d recommend using Walgreens or CVS or maybe a local pharmacy before you use them. Rude, slow and so nonchalant about their customers

CHECK YOUR MEDS!! Yesterday I was given a controlled substance that I had to sign off and show ID for my son’s medicine. Got home gave him his meds (this was a new medication first time dose) several hours later I’m informed by the pharmacy they have given me someone else’s medication in our pharmacy bag!
