Dentistry At Houston Lake

Love this office so much. Not only is it really beautifully Hollywood decorated with each room being a different movie and the Hollywood stars in the parking lot, they treat you as if you are a star! The staff has always been amazing, everyone is polite, kind and very attentive. They have everything lined up and the teamwork is like a well oiled machine. The energy and atmosphere is a rare place now days. Seems like a great place to work too. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone!

Today was my first appointment with this office, and I must say from start to finish, it was AMAZING! ​From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front office staff that was friendly, attentive, and professional. Upon checking in, they were transparent about the fact that my first visit might not be covered by my insurance, but they graciously offered the initial visit as complimentary. As a new patient, my wait time was incredibly short only about 5 to 15 minutes. ​Once I was called back, I met with Janiey (I hope I’m getting the name right!). She was wonderful she sat with me to discuss my current concerns and addressed every single point I had listed on my intake paperwork. I had a great experience at this dental office! I called in needing a dental procedure and they were able to squeeze me in the next day, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything and ensured I was well taken care of. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and excellent care. Highly recommend!

So, calling myself out here, I've been terrified of dentists for a long time, and ai haven't been to one for an even longer time (I'm ashamed to admit that). That being said, this place has been nothing but patient and understanding, and the building itself is nothing like a normal dental place! The entire place is themed around old-fashioned musicals and movies, not the sterile white walla and florescent lights like what I've been fearful of since childhood. Its welcoming, the front desk receptionists were kind and smiling making some of my fear lessen. The room I was in was themed around "Gone with the wind" easing how on edge I was. Dr. Jennings (I hope I'm spelling that right) was sweet and soothing, and her assistant (I feel terrible not remembering her name) was funny and lively. Th

This place is amazing. To start off Antoinette got me in right away for an emergency. She explained all of my payment options and broke everything down for me. She came and checked on me when I was done! She’s such a sweetheart! Dr. Stacie was AMAZING she knew how nervous I was and she made me feel so much better. She made sure I was ok every step of the way, she explained everything so well. I could not have asked for a better experience. Tori was the assistant in there with me and she was the exact same way. So sweet, making sure I was comfortable and ok the whole time. Made sure of any questions I had. She really helped ease my anxiety. I also want to shout out the front desk girl (so sorry, I didn’t catch her name) she was so nice and welcoming as well! I highly recommend this place!!
