Peachtree Immediate Care - Perry

Everyone that I came in contact with had the utmost respect, concern and knowledge to care for my medical emergency. I felt safe and heard. I was medicated immediately and all I needed for a diagnosis, treatment and discharge with recovery information was given to me in a timely manner. The staff, from the receptionist in the ER lobby, the male triage nurse, ER nurse Latoya, the female CT Scan tech and female x-ray tech to the female billing clerk, each were amazingly gracious and professional. I have not ever received this level of care and professionalism at a hospital in Georgia. My faith in health care in middle Georgia has improved. These professionals that helped me deserve recognition for their ability to do what no other hospital in the area can do. Please reward them greatly and l

I was surprisingly surprised!. After sitting in the ER for 3 1/2 hours waiting for someone to check out the results of a saw blade in between my toes. Nope, not Today! I went to Peachtree in Perry, Ga I was impressed. Front desk was so sweet. Helping me with my dumb questions, a making me feel as if they weren’t dumb questions! Kudos! Mr. Day was so cool. Very competent and great skills in explaining things as he did them. No doubt, I’ll be back!

All was great except... set up an appointment for 11:19am. Got there & waited 1 1/2 hours. Six people there already. Don't know if they had an appointment or walk in. So what is the purpose of an appointment?? To secure your place in line or what? An appointment indicates you have this block of time for you. Everything else was great & appreciated the great care & friendly staff.

My experience at Peachtree Medstop was amazing from start to finish. In the world of online everything, I was given the option of completing my sign in on paper. The young lady even highlighted the questions that needed to be answered. Great touch! When I was called back, not only did the nurse take care of me, she listened without rushing me. She asked for important details that I wasn't thinking about because I was focused on feeling better. The primary was icing on the cupcake! She handled me like fine china. She asked me about my symptoms. She listened to my attempts at treatment. She explained my condition in terms I understood and my aftercare plan in easy to follow steps. This was the best experience with a doctor we've ever experienced. The staff is amazing. From the receptionist, to the nurse and her painless blood draw...and to the most attentive, kind, caring and super intelligent doctor I've had the pleasure of encountering. Bottom line, Dr. Monde-Jones cares and her bedside manner is one of the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this office! Please keep in mind to have some patience if your appointment takes a little longer than usual, as Dr. Monde-Jones gives you the most attentive and through care, it might take a little longer than usual but it is so worth it.
