Publix Pharmacy at Palm Springs Crossing

This specific Publix pharmacy is awful. I gave them several chances over several years and several different prescriptions before I finally had enough and transferred my scripts to Walgreens. This Publix pharmacy staff does not notify you when there are problems filling your scripts. The staff does not contact you when there are issues related to insurance, or if they have issues reaching your doctor. They are slow to fill scripts. My Dr would send scripts, i wouldn’t hear anything from this pharmacy for 1-2 weeks, I would call and ask them if there’s a problem and they say “no we’ll have it ready tomorrow.” Why did I need to call you to get you to fill my script? That happened at least twice. They’ve been rude on the phone, directing me to the text messages their system sends automaticall

Didn’t follow instruction talk clear and direct on the phone and my sub was still missed honey mustard

Worst management and staff. Service is terrible at this location and when I brought my issue to management's attention I felt very dismissed. I literally live right behind this location and now will be going across 436 to the other. You and your employees need to do better ! Garbage people that you have running this store. Guess by all the reviews saying the same, I'm not wrong. You as a corporate office need to change the staff in this store . I will not be back and you are lucky to have my business at your other location but that relationship is now fragile

Awful! Can't describe how rude, long waiting phone calls, how long it takes over an hour to get one prescription and poor service. They tell you to hold on every phone call. I will be switching my daughter's pharmacy to Albertsons. They are amazing there and I wait 20 minutes tops. Everyone is so nice.

I had a great experience at this Publix Pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was patient and tended to my needs immediately.  Although it seems like a busy store, I didn’t have to wait long for great service. I didn’t feel like another grocery customer, but that I mattered as a patient to the pharmacist.
