Publix Pharmacy at Palm Springs Center

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Publix location and pharmacy since they opened, and I’ve always loved shopping here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the pharmacy staff have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, questions I’ve asked were met with rude or condescending responses rather than helpful explanations. I felt dismissed and treated as if my concerns were unimportant. Customer service is extremely important to me, especially in a healthcare setting, and this level of treatment has led me to switch to another pharmacy. I hope the store addresses this because I would love to feel comfortable using this pharmacy again in the future.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. They make eye contact with me and say hello. Will be right with you as soon as I walk up. They always answer the phone and even call me back if I ask them to do so. This is my favorite pharmacy.

Don't take your prescription to this pharmacy. Pharmacist is argumentative and does not want to fill prescriptions.

They consistently mess up orders and then don't have the common decency to even say, "hey, sorry about that". They make a mistake and then are rude in top of it. Don't get your prescriptions here.

I love this location. It's better than the other Publix located across the street because it gives you the old school feel of Publix in the past. The Pharmacy staff is also knowledgeable, and work hard to get your prescriptions taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend this Publix location.
