Publix Pharmacy at Orchard Square Shopping Center

On 7/09/2024 I was standing in line at the Publix sub shop portion of the deli with several other customers in front of me and to the right side of me. I waited patiently for all the customers around me to be waited on until I was the last one in line. I then proceeded to stand there for 15 minutes while 3 Publix employees behind the counter made direct eye contact with me and then looked down at the counter and ignored my presence completely. I then had 2 customers visit the deli on my right side and they received assistance from the employees. I continued to remain standing while the two new customers were served. I then asked one of the Publix employees if they would take my order. My request was ignored and I left without my order not being filled

Always super helpful and friendly. I love the in-out checkout process the app offers and they make it easy picking up my Rx quickly.

By far, the most unorganized, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, pharmacy I have ever done business with. It's not normal to go to a pharmacy 5 times in one day to get a prescription. Staff has zero accountability, literally lied to my face. I will file a formal complaint.

Staff are condescending and rude. Ignore you when you approach windows. Disrespectful to seniors.
