Publix Pharmacy at Old Cutler Town Center

Today I went to pick up my prescription and only the syringes were ready, not the medication. It does not make sense to receive a text message indicating availability only for the syringes. When I asked about the medication, the pharmacy technician simply said, “Ok, give one hour,” as if we are doing nothing and can just wait. This is a disrespectful approach toward clients.

I recently had to enroll in a new Medicare plan and had to get my RX meds from a different pharmacy than CVS. I decided to give Publix a try & choose this location. I’m so glad I did. The people here are so nice & helpful, especially Emily. I love the Publix RX app as it’s easy to use and provides the user a ton on options. And there is little to no wait time here when I pickup my meds. This location is close to me and fairly easy to park and get in & out. Thanks Publix!

Jason from the Publix Pharmacy here went above and beyond for weeks to help me finally get my medication and I feel that deserves some recognition. This is not the first time someone from this pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help get customers what they need. They care about keeping customers happy and they are convenient. I normally get all my immunizations here instead of my PCP because they make everything so quick and easy. Great pharmacy overall.

Manager here is very friendly. Takes the time to make my visit personal and not just another customer. I moved all my prescriptions here from CVS. Cheaper prices on many medications as well as certain ones for free. Plus it's great to be able to get some groceries with prescriptions at the same time. Very convenient.

I have no medical insurance and have always used GoodRx and Walgreens. However, my niece gets her prescriptions filled at Publix and told me how inexpensive they were compared to Walgreens and CVS. I transferred my Rx today (thank you Andrew) and David filled them right away (thank you David!) I used to pay roughly 80.00 every three months for two of my Rx. At Publix, I just paid 32.16. AMAZING!!! My doctor also called in one Rx that can only be refilled when he calls it in and instead of paying $58.00, I paid 18.33.
