Publix Pharmacy at OakLeaf Plantation Center

So while visiting grandma in Jacksonville my fiancee had a bad tooth ache and had to go to the hospital. His medication was sent her to Publix Pharmacy where we met Debbie and Leah . Let me start by saying thank you for you genuine kindness and speed because he was in painnnnn. You both are wonderful ladies that do your job well and show that you enjoy helping people. Keep up the great work. Your are appreciated

The staff at this Publix pharmacy deserve a huge shout out. I’ve been using this pharmacy for over two years now and in that time they have made something that use to be stressful and anxiety inducing, pleasant and stress free. They are so helpful in every situation, patient and kind and have added a level of peace to my life that deserves acknowledgment. Thank you all for being so kind!

I’m so shocked with the way this lady Anna hung up on me today. My son needs an antibiotic today per the doctor and she did not call them to make sure they were aware the med couldn’t be filled after it was ordered a second time. When I was talking to her about it she snapped at me and hung up. I’m an RN and this is totally unacceptable. I have had a couple issues with rudeness with this pharmacy and when you’re dealing with a mother and sick child you are expected to have extra common courtesy. I was a pediatric nurse and you swallow your pride to help people not hang up on them.

I always wondered why prescriptions are always ready after three is that though less busiest time for customers

I was a day late picking up my medication and they didn't hold it for me. They instead recycled my medication and I now have to wait an entire week to pick up my refill for what is necessary life-saving medicine. My supply is running low and I am scared that my life may be in danger as a direct result of their negligence and my ability to make it in time to pick up the medicine. I am a regular customer, they sent no notification, no phone call, no email, no warning saying that because I hadn't picked it up on time according to their schedule that they wouldn't bother holding on top my medicine so I could come pick it up like they always have in the past. The receptionist at the cash register also kept staring at her phone instead of making eye contact with me. As a federal employee my sche
