Publix Pharmacy at Oakbrook Square Shopping Center

I pre ordered this cake, and although it was delicious and the cat cake was super cute, the writing was really bad, made the cake look not so good anymore

This pharmacy is just awesome in my opinion. The pharmacists and the staff are always so helpful, the wait is never long, and they all go above and beyond to assist with any questions, concerns or glitches that might come up with an order from a doctor. Bianca is so approachable and helpful a pharmacist.. they all are but she's my favorite!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, Bianca is a nightmare and so unprofessional…Ive contacted corporate multiple times about her. She used to work at Frenchmans crossing, all the other publix pharmacists are generally great and understanding

Just made the acquaintance of Bianca the pharmacist here . She was extremely helpful & gave me the best advice about my prescription. Very professional & a pleasure to speak to. Time to change my pharmacy .

Immunization customers treated as second class citizen, making them wait for hours. This was last year. I gave them a second chance and came for a flu shot this year again. Same situation - "I am here all by myself, no help" said the pharmacist, and continued to serve prescriptions, deliveries and other tasks, ignoring immunization customers. She finally prepared two trays with immunizations for me and another customer, and administered them to both of us at once, so I was not sure if I received mine or other customer's shot. She also forgot to give me my paperwork, and I had to pick it up the next day.
