Publix Pharmacy at North Miami

The pharmacy manager Dorian is very helpful. He was able to switch my prescription to a different generic and my price went from $100 down to $10. He also made sure that I wasn’t getting medication that is already close to the expiration date, which is a problem I have been encountering at other Publix pharmacies. Thank you Dorian!

The pharmacy manager Alessandra or Alexandra is such a disgrace. Not only disrespectful but found every reason not to transfer and fill my prescription.

The female pharmacist here might be one of the most insufferable people I’ve ever had to deal with. After getting management involved, I see there’s still numerous people on here complaining about her. This was my first ever experience going to a pharmacist and wow was it a wake up call when I started going elsewhere. I can’t believe that this woman still has her position, and that this company is totally enabling her. She literally aired my business out in front of everyone behind me in line, and then rolled her eyes at me when I was getting worked up into a panic attack. PLEASE skip out on this pharmacy. I promise it will be worth it and this woman doesn’t deserve a single person coming to her for anything. She is miserable and it shows.

I went to the bakery, trying to get a mountain bread and they told me come back in a few minutes because the bread was in the oven. It was hot when I came back to the bakery after doing all the purchases another lady Spanish lady Told me she cannot give me the bread to me because it was offer it to another person I called my wife and she told me to get A different bread and then the lady grab a bread from the back telling me that was a fresh bread when I came to the house, the bread it was cold like it was in the refrigerator And it taste terrible like any terrible like a chewing gun I think this lady is some kind of a manager. I seriously question whether this pharmacist even holds a legitimate degree. Their conduct was shockingly disrespectful, careless, and outright unprofessional so much so that I wouldn’t trust them with anything more complex than flipping burgers at a fast-food counter. In my view, this pharmacy is unsafe, and I would strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
