Publix Pharmacy at North Augusta Plaza

Used to be really good- medications were filled within a hour of being sent. Now- 5 hours later and medications are still not ready. Being told 8pm on medications that your doctor wants you to start ASAP is getting old quickly. At this rate I should of just stayed with cvs

No complaints and there's a bench around there that you can sleep on at night.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this staff is absolutely terrible. My toddler has needed her medicine for her eczema, which may I add is fairly critical. I called yesterday to figure out when it was going to be ready and I spoke with a lady who has a bad attitude, told me it would be ready at the end of the day, and then hung up the phone. I received a text yesterday saying that it was ready so I called back today to confirm. The same lady told me that the text was incorrect and that I needed to call back at the end of the day again, then again, has a bad attitude and hung up the phone. I started using this pharmacy because it was closer to our new home but now realize that it’s worth the drive to go back over to our Augusta pharmacy.

In and out, they usually have what I need. Banana pudding is terrible.

Horrible service. If you like waiting at least 8 hours to have the prescription filled, getting there to pick it up at 7:30 at night and being told you can wait or come back tomorrow. This is the last time I walk in Publix for anything. Good thing it wasn't a Rx that I couldn't do without. Then the Pharmacist says, that"s the way things are going. Get more help or people who move to get their job done. Take some personal accountability in your work.
