Publix Pharmacy at Nine Mile

Anyone who's allergic to corn beware of Publix because they do not take heed for airborne allergies. 2% of the population on this globe have intolerance or allergies to corn. I cannot sit in a movie theater because I have a heart attack and have to go to the ER because of popcorn. Please take note of corn allergen people there are a lot of people that don't even know that they're allergic to corn because it's so hard to diagnose The reaction time can be up to 4 hours after exposure.

By far the best pharmacy around! They have the nicest staff and you can tell that they truly care about their customers. They definitely give the best vaccines as well. This pharmacy is worth the drive even if you live by a closer one. They always go above and beyond. Thank you Publix!

I've been to so many pharmacies in the Pensacola area, and this is the only one that I've never had a negative experience with. The technicians are always so friendly and helpful if I ever have question! I don't usually review businesses online but this pharmacy deserves it's 5 stars!

I get most of my prescriptions filled at the VA or Navy Hospital, however have had a few instances where it was quicker and more convenient to have them filled at Publix. Most recently, I had to go to the ER right down the road from this Publix and it was much closer to go there. My prescription was filled in no time and I was on my way. They have always done a great job and I like their app that lets you know the status of your rx.

I have had both great and frustrating experiences there. Some pharmacists are understanding and concerned, anxious to help. Others seem to busy to be bothered to help. I have had my doctor call 4 times (at the pharmacist's insistence), while at a conference, only to find the pharmacist unavailable. I have been getting my scripts filled there since the storm opened. The turnover of pharmacists is insanely high, so no relationship can ever be established. One look at my records of scripts would explain a lot about me, but seems there is no time for that. One suggestion would be to hire a nurse during flu season to administer shots, thereby freeing up the already overloaded pharmacist.
