Publix Pharmacy at Merganser Commons

Everyone there is so wonderful! They are always ready to take care of my needs! I use to go to CVS and they never ever answer their phone and lost my prescriptions that I dropped of several times! Public’s has never lost any of my prescriptions. They call me all the time to see if I need any refills and know my name! I love the people that work there!!🥰 Public’s is the best pharmacy by far!

I switched from CVS to here at Publix pharmacy and I'm glad I did. The employees are sooo friendly and they work fast. The pharmacists there are very careful and very helpful when it comes to your prescriptions.

I called this pharmacy to make sure they would fill my medication before going. They stated they would after I gave them the medication and strength, and quantity. I got there literally 30 minutes after getting off the phone with them and they told me that they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have it in stock. That was my whole point in calling prior was to save time and gas money, so I do not recommend them at all.

WORST PHARMACY! Will be transferring asap! They are constantly blaming issues on my doctor’s office I have proof it’s not my doctor’s office I think the staff are just lazy and rude.

Had my prescription transferred here from Frick's (they moved to Pensacola). Both dosage amounts of my blood pressure meds were wrong. I asked them where they got the info and they handed me the order form, told me to call my doctor. I even showed them my prescription from my last fill at Frick's which was correct. Soooo instead of verifying whether or not a person's prescription is right they just pass the buck on to the patron after filling it. Now i have to schedule an unnecessary dr appt to have it fixed bc we all know how reliable a "simple" phone call to the dr office is these days. Ugh!!!
