Publix Pharmacy at Marketplace at the Mill

Always have to call to get my prescriptions filled. When my doctor sends something over, I usually wait a day or two, but by day three I end up calling—then it's ready within a few hours. It’s never just processed promptly on its own. In contrast, the Publix pharmacy on the other end of CF Blvd is consistently fast—prescriptions are usually ready within two hours and I never have to follow up. The difference in service is noticeable.

I think this pharmacy is great! They are always helpful and friendly.When ever I have questions they answer promptly.I also enjoy the app so I can check when my meds are ready.

The people who work in the pharmacy are extremely rude and unprofessional. No manners or customer service skills at all. I would be embarrassed if I was the pharmacist leading such a group of individuals. The grocery store itself it nicely laid out and staffed with friendly people. Now if they could have the same type of people working in the pharmacy this store would be 5 star across the board.

I can’t say enough good things about Kim and Maureen at this pharmacy—they truly make every visit a positive experience. Kim is hands-down the most caring pharmacist I’ve ever met. She always remembers us, takes the time to ask how our family is doing, and greets us with a warm smile every single time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer any questions we have, even going out of her way to discuss other options when needed. Picking up medicine isn’t always fun, but talking to Kim is an absolute joy and makes the whole process so much better. Then there’s Maureen at the cashier—she’s just as wonderful! The staff at this location are prompt and professional. While other pharmacy’s have seemed to take the approach of using Covid as a back pocket excuse to provide poor service- Publix at Sapwood refuses to provide you anything but the best service possible.
