Publix Pharmacy at Marketplace at Pelican Bay

I've been using this pharmacy for years now, 14 years if I'm not mistaken. The head pharmacist behind the counter has changed over the years, which is always disappointing, but the current pharmacist is great. I don't understand why Elise has the reviews that she does, she's always friendly and personable with me - and she always has been - even when she's swamped and busy. Maybe she's always nice to me because I've never thrown a tantrum like a 5 y/o and have always been understanding that I'm not the only person she needs to fill prescriptions for. Working in the customer service industry isn't easy. I've seen people raise their voices, get an attitude and straight up yell at Elise... and each time she's maintained her composure and remained a professional. She has far more patienc

Elise is so wonderful, knowledgeable, and yes, friendly. Publix is lucky to have her.

I love this store and the employees except for the pharmacist Elise. She is rude, short and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I feel like I’m interrupting her day when I pick up my prescriptions. I feel like I’m going to my mother-in-law’s house every month. It’s gotten to the point where I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere, that’s how bad she is and I work to hard in my life to be treated that way.

The girl making the sandwich’s today 12/29 around 1130 had the most foul attitude. Just slapping toppings on, when I asked for a little more red vinegar she basically unloaded the bottle on it. It seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. Expect more from Publix.

The pharmacist Elise has the kindest heart. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly right for me and my family. Publix should be proud to have her as a part of the team.
