Publix Pharmacy at Magnolia Place

I love this Publix pharmacy. For all of you complaining, there is this thing called the Publix pharmacy app. You download, create an account, and use it. It's pretty simple. They text and email you when your prescription is ready. You can prepay online. You can set it for delivery, pickup or drive thru. They even contact your doctor and renew prescriptions for you. Don't complain about the service because you have chosen not to use the easy way.

I have never in my life had worse experiences with a pharmacy than this one! Not once has my prescription been ready in a normal amount of time! I rarely need scripts and when I do it’s when I’m sick and I’m always having to go sit in my car and wait! Longer time I am Not getting medicine in to feel better and longer time feeling sick instead of home where I should be. Never again will I use this location.

I want to say this store gave me 100% customer service. I was greeted in the parking lot, customer service. The deli was very helpful and so was the meat department. Every store employee that walked past me asked me if I needed anything and if I did to let them know. I picked up a prescription that nobody had in our county. I was given the wrong information the tech in the pharmacy at 2 other stores told me what to do in order to get my prescription transferred. This store pharmacy gave me the right information. While other stores didn’t. I do have to say the orange beach, Alabama told me where I could get my prescription. After that I super impressed about the cashier and the bagger. My local store doesn’t ask if they could help me carry my groceries to my car. This store did. I imagine

If you want a pharmacy that looses your prescription this is the one for you. Dr sent in two refills at the same time, they got one but not the other???? after two trips to Publix because they wouldn’t answer the phone and two phone calls to my dr office who sent the Rx refill to them twice they still claimed they hadn’t received it. Drs office said to have them call to try to sort it out - pharmacy manager flat out said she’s not calling anyone. This is the last time I’m getting anything filled here. Edit- I specifically asked the worker to check all routes of incoming Rx, she said she did. Called again the next day twice and this time had the fax number from the dr office that it was sent to, gave it to the pharmacy worker who said “let me check our responses fax maybe it came in there”

I’ve used this pharmacy since moving to Daphne and honestly they are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. My mom is elderly and I have to come here often. Most of the time it’s total indifference. You’ll often walk up and there will be 4 or 5 people behind the counter and not one of them will acknowledge your presence. When they finally do it seems like it’s a chore for them to help you. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I’ve finally had it. Publix is already the most overpriced grocery store in town, you’d think they would at least have the courtesy to act like they care about the pharmacy customers.
