Publix Pharmacy at Macland Pointe Shopping Center

Kristen is amazing! I just called his pharmacy after moving and switching jobs after the prescription was sent to their location. She let me know that they had received the order, checked to see if it was in stock (it wasn't as of today) and set clear expectations on when I would receive it. She also offered to see if there were different supply amounts that would help with my copay. It has to be the best experience I've had working with any pharmacy over the phone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to get a prescription that was supposed to be filled the day before so I had to wait 30 minutes. I was not going to waste my gas driving home and back. I knew I wanted ice cream so I walked around the store until it was time and bought two containers of ice cream. I went to check out and I scanned both ice creams and PAID. As I was about to walk back to pharmacy an older white woman stopped me and said on her little device showed I scanned one and asked if I got an emailed receipt. I said no I got a printed one and would love to show I paid. I said I'm not stealing I paid for both it was $12 and I have money thank you. She said I'm not saying you are stealing and checked my receipt and said ok you're good have a great day thank you for shopping at Pu

I transferred here from a crazy other publix pharmacy. This whole store looks better! It was my first time being in this store and what the difference! Everyone was polite and helpful! Exodus was phenomenal! She was very courteous, helpful, and kind! She double checked the price to make sure the lowest price! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

nothing but issues ever since i’ve been having my prescriptions sent here. this time they told me i have to call after my prescription is sent, 3 days before i want to pick it up if i want it. it’s absurd. have your prescription sent elsewhere if you can

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have zero cares about prescriptions patients NEED!! You’re guaranteed to wait at least 3+ days for a refill. It’s sad considering all they do is enter the patients info into the system and a machine does the rest. I am so happy to be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere so I no longer have to deal with the terrible attitudes of the staff. If you don’t want to work just quit so someone else has an opportunity and will enjoy the job and provide better customer service.
