Publix Pharmacy at Longwood Hills Market

I am genuinely confused by the negative reviews because I have only ever had consistently GREAT service by everyone I have dealt with here. More often than not, I am helped by Jackie and she is just incredible. The communication is always on point and just overall great service. When I say I am here regularly, I mean WEEKLY and have never had any issues

I have been a faithful customer of Publix Pharmacy for almost 10 years in different states, and the level of service has been excellent, but the pharmacy at Longwood Hills tops them all by far, the service is next level!! The extent that they will go to be of service is unbelievable. Every time I step foot out of my doctors appointments with new prescriptions, I’m getting a phone call or a text to confirm my new prescriptions or existing refills. They are ALWAYS on top of it, they provide a family, home like experience as I have never seen. Whenever I call with doubts, questions or concerns, they are eager to help, explain and ease my mind with no hassle at all. On the most delicate subject of medications, they are top notch. Me and my wife are extremely greatful for the exemplary team

I really enjoy my experience at this Pharmacy and make the trek to fill here! The staff is super helpful in processing last minute prescriptions, even when its busy. Dwayne made a recommendation for an over the counter option for relief from a cold that I fought for a while, and Laurens always friendly.

My experience at this pharmacy was incredibly bad, worsened by my interaction with the manager, Dwayne. After leaving my doctor's office around 4:45 PM, they sent my prescription to the Publix pharmacy and At about 5:05 PM, Dwayne called me to inform that they didn't have the specific medication in stock and proposed a lower dosage alternative. He mentioned he had already contacted my doctor for approval. I stressed the importance of the medication and expressed concern that since it was already past 5 PM, my doctor's office was closed and approval would be delayed until Monday. Dwayne admitted uncertainty about when my doctor would respond, admitting possibly not getting a return call till the following week. I expressed my frustration to him, emphasizing how unreasonable it was for him t

Consistently Poor Customer Service! Called in the same refill, in advance. Went to pick it up the day after scheduled pick up. This is the 3rd time we have had an issue at this location and consistently they dont let you know with a simple courtesy call. Location may be convenient but no emphasis on customer experience. Apparently there is a pattern here.
