Publix Pharmacy at Livingston Marketplace

Eva went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my prescription (Eliquis). It wasn’t a simple situation, and she took the time to make calls, follow up, and make sure everything was handled properly. What impressed me the most was her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. She didn’t just do the minimum — she truly cared about resolving the problem and making sure I left with everything sorted out. Customer service like this is rare. Eva was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for her help and the dedication she showed. Publix is lucky to have someone like her on the team.

Very bad service. My son had surgery on Thursday and they didn't have the medicine. They told us to come the next day, Friday, and they don't have it either. They said he would arrive at 1 on Saturday and that we should come at 3 in the afternoon while they prepare it. I come back and they tell me that they don't have it either. I have to go to another Publix pharmacy that has it. I'm waiting. They are calling to see if they can see me. And my son has been in pain since Thursday night.

My husband used the bathroom and told me the guys in meat department don’t wash their hands at all. YUCK. The fact that this has happened twice in front of him is insanity. Please retrain your employees on hand washing and food safety.

I have had a disappointing experience at this store, as I received conflicting information from different staff members regarding the billing process for my insurance. One person informed me that insurance is billed on the first of the month, while another stated it is billed on the 8th and that they are still awaiting approval. As a long-time customer who has been filling my prescriptions, including the important medication Humira, at Publix for over 15 years, I expected better service. I would like to highlight that I was also a Jenkins scholar, a prestigious scholarship from the Publix family, which is known for its high standards.
