Publix Pharmacy at Latitude Landings

Had my doctor did a priorothosation for my meds insurance approved it January . The plublx pharmacy said they had not done it called insurance company on the January 30 said it was a approved this was very stressful

Today I decided to transfer pharmacies the manager was very rude to me during a call even hung up in my face rudely when she did that I drove up to the Publix to speak to a manager higher up and file a complaint I been using the pharmacy for 5 years and they loss one of their faithful customers the nice nasty manager was a woman with black hair the assisted general manager she had blonde hair she was so sweet she’s the one that help me get to store manager like I inform to the store manager she kept yelling at me for a VIN number over the phone clearly this woman manager knows more than the customer & if the customer does not comply to her response she continues to get more nastier by tone on call I gave the lady my member ID number she yells again VIN number I say mam what is a VIN num

Best pharmacy service we have ever experienced

After refusing to fill the Doctors orders, the pharmacist decided I couldn’t have the prescription until I had blood work done. They called my doctor and requested that I have blood work done. Who are they to order me to have bloodwork done,had it done four months prior, but they don’t have the results nor should they.
