While I love the supermarket, I have had a terrible experience at the newly renovated pharmacy. I walked in 8:00 PM to pick up my prescription to which I was told to wait 20 minutes. I left saying that I will pick them up first thing in the morning. I came back in the morning to talk to an extremely rude person (The Assistant manager) who told me that prescriptions are not ready . I tried to explain to her that I was told last night and she rudely interrupted to tell me that she just came in fresh this morning and has nothing to do with last night. This is an extreme case of rude customer service and shows how someone can really destroy entire day for a customer.

I was at this PUBLIX late this afternoon. I had left my small purse on the Pharmacy counter & did not discover it was missing until I returned home. I called to see if it was there. Luckily enough the kind pharmacist said it was there. After I identified it she said come & get it. I was so happily surprised as it had 2 major credit cards, my driver's license & almost 200 bucks in it. This is another reason why I love all PUBLIX supermarkets. I've had a few prescriptions picked up from here and everyone has always been so helpful. When I didn't have my insurance, they would apply a coupon for me. Even if I had a coupon it didn't match what they could find! Thank you for all of your hard work during this pandemic and in general.
