Publix Pharmacy at Lake Hickory Crossings

Publix Pharmacy pharmacist Christine is the most knowledgeable and thoughtful person I have ever met. She is so helpful with giving you important feedback and advice on your health. I love that she is so thoughtful in all aspects of her job and people she sees! I hope all of the staff and customers say hello and thanks to this kind young lady:)

I have had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. Everyone seems to love their job and goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. I’m a happy Publix Pharmacy customer.

Used to be efficient and friendly. Now, extremely slow on refills for meds that have to be sent monthly. They give inaccurate time for pickup and no empathy at all when you’ve been waiting for way longer than expected/told. I just drove 30 minutes after being told it would be ready at a certain time to be told it would be another 45 minutes or an hour. The lady working the window is rude. This is definitely not the Publix customer service I’ve experienced in the past.

These Pub Subs better be amazing. It’s taken them long enough. What happened? Publix used to be efficient. I see all these negative reviews…now l know why. It all starts with management.

This used to be a great pharmacy but I'm not sure what's going on now. I have insurance on file and if my insurance doesn't pay for whatever medicine I'm getting I'll look up Good Rx and they usually have an awesome coupon to help me save some money on my medicines I get from them monthly because every little bit helps nowadays. They used to be so accommodating and would always be more than happy to run it through Good Rx but now it's like if you even mention anything about it they just try and brush it off like you are already getting the best deal possible even though that is not the case. But I don't make it a big deal I'm just going to let everyone know that I'm not happy with how they are doing things at the moment and hope it will change before I have to switch pharmacies.
