Publix Pharmacy at Lake Crossing

The pharmacist has a power trip issue all stemming back from when she told me I had big eyes rudely and filed a corporate level complaint. She now wants to practice medicine even though my doctor said to fill !!! Civil rights violation: The failure of the pharmacy or pharmacist to fill a valid/on-time prescription for a controlled medication is a violation of the patient’s civil rights under the ADA. This may happen because of the pharmacy’s policies, the pharmacist’s “professional discretion,” or rationing by the wholesaler of the amount of controlled medications available for pharmacy purchases If a doctor sends a new controlled substance prescription to adjust the dose, the pharmacy must follow the new order. They cannot fill the new prescription using the old one's information.

Switching to Publix Pharmacy was the best decision ever! I kept having a serious issue with another pharmacy nearby, being out of my medication every month. Publix Pharmacy is just like the rest of the store, the staff are ALWAYS kind, polite & VERY helpful! It's been over 2 years since I switched everything to Publix Pharmacy & my medication is always filled in full & on time.

The worse pharmacy there is! Claiming they aren't contracted with GoodRx. I pay for GoodRx Gold. They will NOT honor those prices. Every single month I have to jump thru hoops this the people at this pharmacy and I've just had enough. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place at all. They do the bare minimum and that's it.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I’ve never had issues with it. Associates are always friendly and helpful, hours are reasonable, and the drivethru makes my life easier.

I shopped this afternoon (5 August 2025) at the Publix on Platt Springs Road. I got home and could not find my wallet. I called the store and told the lady who answered what happened. I described my wallet, told her my name, and she said they had my wallet. The lady who checked me out is a honest lady and I thank her so much for turning in my wallet. Thank you, Maris!! What a blessing! Thank you for being so honest! I love Publix and this is just another reason why.
