Publix Pharmacy at Kings Ridge

This is the only pharmacy I will use, I’ve always had a great experience at this pharmacy. The attendants and pharmacists are knowledgeable, attentive, efficient and caring. Michael in particular always goes above and beyond and they offer the best prices in terms of value in the area. I highly recommend! Thanks!

I love this grocery store. Every time I visit the area, this is my go to grocery store. The produce is always fresh and their meat department is really good as well. The store is brightly lit and it is inviting. The employees there are all very nice.

Terrible experience with the Publix pharmacy staff. I came in to transfer my prescription from Target to Publix. The pharmacist’s assistant Mariet told me it could take 24–48 hours because “Target pharmacy CVS doesn’t answer the phone.” I called Target pharmacy CVS myself, and they answered immediately. I even offered to let her speak to them on my phone, but she refused, saying she couldn’t use a customer’s phone. I found that hard to believe—she could’ve just said she was busy. Then the pharmacist Tiffany came over, raised her voice, and argued with me. She said she used to work for CVS and claimed CVS never answers their phone, and I’d have to wait until tomorrow for my medication. Thankfully, I asked to speak with the store manager, David. Worst pharmacy of my 51 year life. I will never give Publix another chance with my prescriptions. From the staff to the pharmacists that I’ve dealt with here, it has been a horrendous, non-caring experience every chance they’ve been given. I’ve called headquarters to complain, but nothing ever changed. Back to Walgreens or CVS I go. DONE!
