Publix Pharmacy at King's Market

Is use this pharmacy because it's on my way home from work and has a drive thru. Unfortunately, they have a 0% success rate with timely, accurate service for me. Every month I get the same medication. Every month I have I call a few days after my doctor sends it in to ask them to fill it. It's expensive and when the staff see get charged they choose not to fill it and it goes from pending as available as a refill, which it is not as it's a separate order from the doctor each month. Then I have to call and wait on hold (assuming they pickup the phone which often does not happen) and ask them to fill it. They have done the same thing to me any other time I have an expensive script come in on a one off basis. This creates delays in access to medication and has several times required me to tra

My family has been using this pharmacy for years. They have always been kind and helpful. The only times I’ve had any problems are when they are completely swamped, and even then it was barely a problem for me.

Great and timely service if you walk in to the pharmacy.

Can't believe such a supposedly down home, clean cut company has no cash option in self checkout I have 4 things, store is packed, no line for smaller orders, and I only have cash and I am in a hurry. Way to drive out the dollar. I have shopped here for years. Would love to know the reason behind this .some of us don't want to use technology all the time and would like to check out in a reasonable amount of time. Put stuff back left. I have shopped at Publix since I was in high school. I am 48 and was very disappointed today I have cash so you're going to lose money anyway

The deli department sucks. Previously the guys were fast and efficient... they made me two sandwiches in 1 minute. Now it takes them 1 week to make a sandwich. It's not the same as before 😡
