Publix Pharmacy at King's Crossing

I really want to give the pharmacy itself a better rating because they have some of the best pricing available but Nick one of the pharmacy managers is one of the absolute rudest people I have ever had contact with. He speaks with such a condescending tone, super dismissive and not helpful at all. I will deal with any of the other ladies that are in there they are fantastic but the one employee makes it to where I don't even want to call if I have questions.

Love the new Publix but the Pharmacy is terrible. Wynter is very rude & condescending for no reason. Due to multiple negative interactions with her, i have stopped using any Publix pharmacy. I switched to Genoa in Lake Mary. Much kinder pharmacists there. I think Ms. Wynter needs a job that is not customer-facing.

Working with Publix Pharmacy at Kings Crossing both over the phone and in person is always a breeze. Both the pharmacist and staff take their time to ensure that I understand my medication. Turn around time from my scripts getting submitted and filled is a breeze.

I have never in my life known my pharmacist's name or had them know me. I have never had such warm interactions, got in the help I need, or clarification I didn't know I needed. However, Dr. Wynter Sanchez has changed all that for us. Thank you so much for finding her, that she has made all the difference. To be corny, here is where shopping (for my pharmaceuticals) is a pleasure!

I went to pickup a prescription through the auto Windows and I ask to the pharmacist the favor to give me a Infant Tylenol to my baby. Was raining really hard and he said you need go to inside and take over the counter. He is a horrible human, he saw the rain and I was with my baby in my car. I had to go inside under the rain with my baby sick because he was unable to do me a favor... really bad service and really bad person..
