Publix Pharmacy at King Plaza

What’s the point of the calling when it tells you to push a number for each department but it just doesn’t work. Tried it on three different phones two cell phones one landline nothing. On several occasions.

A big shout out to Assistant Pharmacy Manager Aram who, in the two years she has been here, always has a smile on her face no matter how busy the pharmacy is and goes the extra mile to help customers. Pharmacy Manager Felicia who has been here many years epitomizes the gold standard for a pharmacist and now we have another gold standard pharmacist with Aram.

Manager knowingly sells beer that has been ruined in transit, which due to GA law cannot legally be returned. Two or so months ago, I misplaced my receipt so I can't remember the day, I bought two 12 packs of Yuengling on my way home. After returning home I opened one and found it had been completely ruined, I tried one from the other pack and it had similarly been ruined. I came back the next day and attempted to return the defective items. Upon being informed that it was a legal impossibility I asked to see the rest of his defective inventory (specifically the Yuengling 12 packs) destroyed so that no other customers would be placed in the same position as myself. At this point the manager got very defensive and started making excuses including one particularly ridiculous one where

I went in tonight to get a sandwich from the deli and the two employees who were dealing with some terrible people were so kind. I wish I got their names because they had to deal with a male Karen and a guy quitting within a 5 minute span of time. They were both so friendly and nice to everyone. The manager got called over so we could show her how much we appreciated them both and how well they were doing. I’m definitely going back to see them again.

New patient to pharmacy after 20+ years at well known pharmacy that’s changing their business model to provide less than what I have appreciated most about them. My father highly recommended the Publix pharmacy he has been a customer of for many years. I’m transitioning all my prescriptions to this Publix pharmacy. Thus far, they have treated me with kindness and respect, something that has fallen out of my former pharmacy’s business practices.
