Publix Pharmacy at Kennesaw Walk

This pharmacy has become worse than Walmart and Kroger pharmacies put together. The customer service and quality of work over the past few months has been horrible. I went in to inquire why my new medication was still showing pending, usually I would get a call from the pharmacy or an message advising that there was additional attention needed for my prescription and for me to contact the pharmacy, this time I got no heads up along with when I asked at the pharmacy the tech said "OH looks like a PA is needed" i asked ok do you know if the doctor was notified or should I call, the tech shrugged and said "I don't know", I asked should I call Monday, again tech says "I don't know". He made not a single effort to find out the process for when a medication needs a PA. Time before this the pharm

Nice and friendly staff , overall I like it. I get really frustrated whenever I am prescribed something that is controlled. They always saying it’s on back order and they won’t know when it’ll come in. It has been like this every time which is super frustrating.

The pharmacist at this location is always extremely helpful. The staff is quick. We can place an order at this pharmacy and you know it'll be ready when you get there. It's never a guessing game like their competition.

Very easy to convert all our Rx over from CVS!
