Publix Pharmacy at Inverrary Falls

I waited on hold on the provider line so long that my patient got fed up and called the pharmacy. They answered her call on the first ring. How am I meant to conduct my business professionally when my own patients have to call to get an answer?? On hold if you’re busy I get it but having my patient’s call be answered before mine on a matter concerning her is ridiculous.

Unprofessional. I was on hold for over 27 minutes (the amount of time it took me to drive here). I figured they must be very busy. Arrived while still on hold. They were not busy. I didn’t have to wait behind a soul. If there was an apology, I don’t remember it.

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my medicine! The pharmacy tech /doctor and also the cashier who were there was so nice and fast. They literally filled my prescription in less than 30 minutes. Thanks y’all and keep up the great work.🩵

Almost always very helpful & informative. My only complaint is many times I've tried to call and no one answers. If they take a lunch break, it should be posted here in the section on biz hours

My husband was in need of his antibiotics when they received the prescription at 10am we called and they said it wasn’t going to be ready until 1:30 very unacceptable. at the pharmacy I work at antibiotics are the first priority. The tech told me they won’t do it any faster. Lazy workers need new staff. And need to learn a few tricks from Walgreens’s apparently
