Publix Pharmacy at Intracoastal Plaza

These people are busy. Yet they still find time to work with me, work with my doctors, and more importantly work with my stubborn health insurance company. They have compassion. They are patient . Susan has been filling my scripts for years. She’s kindhearted and even under the pressure of the busyness she keeps smiling. I choose to stay at this Publix though I have closer pharmacies to my home. I choose to stay because of Susan and her techs. Thank you all.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I absolutely would! The turn over of pharmacists and techs is ridiculous. The arrogance and rudeness of the staff is at an all time high. Maybe customer service 101 should be implemented in the hiring process of pharmacist and techs! It really would go a very long way! I miss Kevin and Taylor!!!

Best pharmacy, they’re great

I drive farther just to use this Publix for pharmacy and staff. They are always so kind and go out of their way to make sure everyone is satisfied. The other employees of store are helpful and great as well, much better then Sawgrass Village so I drive further

Had a fantastic experience at this location. The staff was amazing! The person who helped me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out for my appointment in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this branch.
