Publix Pharmacy at Hollywood Mall

Last week I received a text on my refill on my highblood medication. Today I went to retrieve and was told that they were trying to contact my doctor. That the 1 refill was a year old it was no long valid. Why did public not contact me directly. Without that medication I could get a heart attack. At my request I was given 3 pills. When i ask the young lady why I was not contacted. She said good night never answer my question. When dealing with medication Public supermarket should be careful. I will change my prescription elsewhere.

Ordered Sandwitches from Deli 6:27. We were told that they would be ready at 7:15 . Showed up a little late due to the fact that they’re usually late. I was told at 7:35 that he was working on the first one. Got out of there at 7:45. Wife told me it was the worse wrap she had ever had. She only ate a few bites. I had a bunch of bad experiences over the years at that Publix so I usually go to the one in Sheraton but was too tired today. NEVER AGAIN! THE DELI was always a mess but now it takes the cake, 😖🤮

Pharmacy tech was extremely nice and helpful she helped me figure out part of y I didn’t feel good today

I went there to do my regular shopping then i saw that they are still open around 9 i think i thought they extended the hours but i didn't care to ask. I was asking the girl at the front if i have a prescription ready for pick up then she start smiling to her co-worker laughing while i stood there then while the coworker at the same time laughing and closing the gate for the pharmacy. I felt so disrespected and when i finally found what I'm looking for the girl Said." I think you should try again tomorrow." Not apologizing but keep laughing with her coworker. I guess there's something funny and i am not catching on.

This is My go to for all prescriptions AJ and Natalie always go the extra mile every time I go. This is where I get my annual shots they take care of me.
