Publix Pharmacy at Hollywood Circle

Stay far away from this Publix. The employees at this store are incredibly rude. Everyone seems to have an attitude. No one greets you kindly, they just look you up and down as if you're a bother. Especially the workers in the pharmacy. My experience from picking up a prescription here was so terrible. I don't know her name, but she was some black girl (in pharmarcy) and she had the nastiest attitude and even yelled at an old man in front of me. And then snatched the receipt paper and handed me my change rudely. I asked 2 clerks (one from customer Service and one from grocery) if their store manager was around to complain about this and they both had the same attitude. Never going back to this location again.

Oddly and unnecessarily disappointing- “felicia” & ralph…plain odd Order cupcakes for my sons bday 2 dozens 26$ instead charged me 40$ I brought to felicia’s attention and she literally was overly excited to start arguing w me in front on my son “the birthday kid” about the Publix promise. She told me so what if my staff made a mistake and took her sweet time re charging me instead of honoring policy and accepting accountability. My son has never been late for school since start until today! Spoke w ralph, I don’t think he actively understood or even heard a word I said! Like I said odd and unnecessary experience especially for 8am! felicia woke up negative and brought the energy to work- it was truly draining and insulting dealing with her. Only complaint i have is that verytime I call pharmacy they put me on hold immediately upon response. Dont even hear me out first. Im on hold right now and have been for going on 6 mins. I think they forget you are on hold.Unacceptable.

Amazing staff. Very Professional. My prescription is always on time.
