Publix Pharmacy at Holland Point

Want to pick up my Prescription yesterday because I am in extreme pain. I was told they did not have it in stock and can place an order and it will be in tomorrow. I was promised a phone call when it arrived to be picked up. I waited patiently all day for a phone call that never came. At 5 PM I decided to call the pharmacy to find out what was going on. I was told the shipment came in this morning and it was not there and can possibly arrive Friday or I can go to a store 20 minutes away that has it in stock. I cannot believe I never received a phone call that my order did not arrive. I could have went to the other location that had it immediately this morning to pick it up. I will no longer pick up prescriptions from this location anymore.

The pharmacist was super friendly and helpful! She was very knowledgeable and answer all of the questions I had. She made sure that I was appropriately taken care of despite how busy they were. Also, I got a flu shot and barely even felt it!

I appreciate this pharmacy and I would hate to be a pharmacist today. I have used this Pharmacy for a couple of years now. There have been times I have been frustrated with a medicine not being available or a delay that seemed unusual. But that seems more like the system than the people. My rating is based on my experience with the Pharmacist and several of the staff. In frequently we have an unusual or emergency - sometimes a crazy fee. They have always, and I mean always, helped my family work it out - despite their busyness. I'm empathetic to the load they are under.

Some of the staff are great (all the ladies have been very nice) but some are really not friendly at all. One guy who works there has been very strange and kind of rude to both me and my mother on several separate occasions. It’s like he doesn’t like the way I said my name or something. He also gave advice for medication that was contrary to what the pharmacist said after I asked to speak to her because what he told me didn’t make sense. Honestly even though the drive through is convenient and the ladies are nice I’m going to look for a new pharmacy because I don’t have the energy for rude experiences for no reason when life is hard and stressful enough as is when my children and I don’t feel good.

I've not experienced such a great team as this store has for employees. Starting with Anna in the deli area. I needed something split in portions and she took care of me immediately. Jacques in groceries helped me with an item that I couldn't find. He walked me right to it. Plus, provided me with some moving boxes. Casey (the cashier) and Linda who was assisting in bagging my groceries, helped me set up the Publix app on my phone. All were so happy to help. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so wonderful.
