Publix Pharmacy at Hialeah Mercado

Every time I put a prescription at this Publix it is a nightmare!!!!!! Customer service horrible, the actual pharmacist horrible and rude which makes you be rude as well!! Every other Publix pharmacy is always accommodating. it is like pulling teeth to help out the patients it is horrible service and it's honestly sad that this is the 1 have so close to home, but I rather drive 50 miles than to deal with them. They give Publix a bad name! One star is too generous

Bad service. I was standing in line for an hour (literally 55 to 60 minutes), and I understand at the time there was only one employee, but then when it's my turn they tell me that what I need is not ready for pickup even though they sent a message saying it was. Instead of trying to find a way to help, I was simply dismissed. There is no respect for people's time and really no care for people's needs. Simply no and that's it. Well why not try to help the customer. I work with patiens and know how difficult it is, but I always try to help my patients as much as I can. Employee's "I don't care behavior" is really unacceptable.

The staff is great, but they need HELP!!! Every-time I go to the pharmacy you have to make the one line even if you have an appointment for vaccine, picking up or dropping off! The window for drop off is always closed! They do what they can but Publix pharmacy should consider their customers and employees and provide staffing.

I have been with this pharmacy for almost 5 yrs. I have seen employees come and go and unfortunately I have seeing the customer service from 100% to 30%. One employee in particular, she's been there for years and her customer service is so bad that she is the reason I am switching pharmacy. She is very unhappy with her job, she talks to people with an altitude. When you work with people, you need to control your emotions. Customer Service first!

Good service
