Publix Pharmacy at Hendrix Crossing

My family has been using this Public Pharmacy in Lexington SC at Hendrix Crossing for about 5 years. We are pleased with the service we receive at the drive through and on the phone. The staff is always very pleasant and professional.They let me use my coupons which saves us money on our meds. It is close to my house and the drive through works usually works well. They send me messages on my phone to tell me that my meds are ready to pick up. Publix is much better than another pharmacy in this area. I can also see my meds online. Thanks for the good work Publix Pharmacy!

My recent experience with this Publix Pharmacy was completely unacceptable. The level of customer service is far below basic standards, and the team clearly lacks proper training and accountability. The drive thru teller, Lori, was openly rude—she threw her hands up and walked away from the counter while I was trying to resolve an issue. Instead of addressing the situation, Manager Danny Cuervo showed no concern whatsoever about the multiple errors his team had made, including filling the wrong medication and attempting to charge me for it. These preventable mistakes forced me to wait for hours, make several trips, and even required my doctor to call in to correct the pharmacy’s errors. Professional, curteous. I got tired of just being “a number” and waiting in line forever at CVS. There usually isn’t a wait here or it’s minimal. Only problem I have had is being told I have no refills, when I actually did. Alecia is great

I like Publix where I have patronized for 14 years. The only issue is on numerous occasions they don’t have my med in stock, and they say it is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available. I learned CVS has the med and a system to keep customers informed of the status of the prescription. Wish Publix could match that standard.
