Publix Pharmacy at Harbour Pointe Shopping Center

My experience with this pharmacy has been stellar I’m there so often I feel like it my new air b n b lol the comparison to cvs is night and day these pharmacies like Publix deserve our business highly recommend

Thankfully, I’m able to get a walk-in flu shot here today. Unfortunately, the nearby Kroger Rittenhouse pharmacy told me they ran out of flu shot doses last night, so I came here. I was told that I would need to wait for 25 minutes for the flu shot vaccine to be prepared here.

hands down the most efficient, knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy we’ve ever been to. it legitimately feels like an old-time neighborhood pharmacy, where the employees know you by name and take their time to give sound advice and instructions. we won’t go anywhere else unless literally forced to do so!

Pharmacy tech, Makala and pharmacist... sooo helpful getting lower pricing for a drug. Took so much time with me, and had so much patience and with a smile throughout the process. They are the best.

Up until recently, I would have given this Publix pharmacy a 6 out of 5 stars (if that were possible). The last couple of times makes me feel like I'm at CVS they have been so bad. I don't know what happened, something is disasterously wrong here. They are all working their heads off, but everything is EXTREMELY disorganized and having an appointment seems to mean nothing. Even when they have all the paperwork when you get there, they lose it by the time they get to you an hour later. Then they have to start all over again. Publix needs to get to the root of what has recently caused this location to have suddenly gone so terribly wrong or the chaos is going to cause a serious problem soon.
