Publix Pharmacy at Hallandale Place Shopping Center

Extremely slow and disorganized service. Every refill turns into unnecessary back-and-forth. Instead of proactively resolving issues, they send generic text messages telling you to call them, shifting the work onto the patient. There is no clear communication, no follow-through, and no sense of urgency. They do not apply available discounts unless you specifically push for it. I was initially quoted a much higher price, and only after insisting did they adjust it to the correct discounted amount. Patients should not have to argue to avoid overpaying. Overall, the staff appears uncoordinated and poorly informed about pricing and insurance processing. The experience feels inefficient and frustrating every single time. The doctor was able to send my medications directly to the pharmacy it's very close by where I live at so that really helped me a lot because I didn't have to drive around to drop off prescriptions I was able to go right home from the doctor and then later on I went to pick up my medicine it was already in the system they even held it for me for a couple of days and that was also great because I wasn't able to get there why wait to pick it up I didn't even have to call it was already there

After dealing with a nightmare of an experience at the Hallandale CVS pharmacy, the staff at the Hallandale Beach Publix Pharmacy was a breath of fresh air :) They were all so kind and compassionate. They were empathetic, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend transferring to them if you currently deal with CVS.

The level of service and care is above and beyond. Compassion and kindness is rare, especially right before closing but Pharmacist V. Pierre Paul is one of those amazing angels and we are lucky to have her at our local Public Pharmacy.
