It was a pleasure dealing with all of the staff. They were very professional, accommodating and friendly. I came in with a broken receiver but it was not a stock item. Lily said that she would order it and would let me know when it came in. I received a clear VM that it was in. I walked in without an appointment and Lily changed it out on the spot. This is now my go-to hearing aid specialist.

Excellent for me and my mom for over 5 years. Dr. Ramaglia, Madison and Lily are amazing, I would 100% recommend to get your hearing needs met.

This IS the place for the very best!! My husband and I were both fitted for Phonak (The newest model) and I couldn’t believe the quality. Huge difference! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else try out the new phonak❤️

Thank you for your help Marifran. I’ve been to other places and you’ve been the best out of all the rest. I came for a checkup on my ears and she noticed I had been cleaning them the wrong way. I highly recommend as the Doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and welcoming. She went ahead and gave me suggestions on the do’s and don’ts. Last but not least, I can’t forget Lily who also was very assuring on helping me with this whole experience and made the whole process efficiently. Thank you both.
