Exceptional Help from Fadji 🌟 Stopped by Publix for a quick milk run and spotted some yogurt way up on the top shelf. Fadji, who was stocking nearby, immediately paused what he was doing to help—easily reaching it for me and even offering to check in the back for more flavors. Such kindness and professionalism! A true asset to this store and a great example of the Publix spirit.

Unhelpful, unapologetically and I can't imagine they have a ton of stock. Always waiting. Paid online to save some time. I get there and they said I didn't pay. Their app says I paid and it's in my bank app. Just go down the road to walgreens. Much more helpful and efficient. Also,they have more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know. Update 1. Moved over to walgreens and paid 5.95 with insurance. Publix wanted me to pay 9.05 for the same medication and same insurance.

My Dr. Office requested a script 3 times in a 24 hr period for pre-op eye drops essential for my surgery 48 hrs. From the time of the first request..meaning if the prescription was filled in a timely manner I could have had this prescription for use as per Dr. orders ...I did not receive it before the time allotted. Very poor customer service in my view as I live 4 blocks from the Publix pharmacy. I will no longer trust this pharmacy to fill any more prescriptions for me or my family.

They're always pretty good at getting things done quickly, prescriptions always are ready here way faster than the other pharmacies I've been too.

This one star review is for the restaurant. I stood up there waiting to be assisted for more than 5 minutes and nobody came to help or even asked me if I needed help. The manager didn't help much or cared about the bad customer service. When I came back with the manager the guy that was supposed to be there selling the food started laughing and being totally unprofessional and told his co-worker "this is unbelievable". I finally left and didn't buy anything. Service needs serious improvement. This is a bad image for Publix that has a very good general reputation.
