Soma Medical Center P.A. Adults - Lake Worth

Unfortunately, after spending time with Soma Medical in West Palm Beach, their appointment system is the worst I’ve experienced; I’ve waited one to two hours to be seen. They handle important matters, say they’ll look into them, then leave me waiting on the phone until the call drops—making it impossible to get through again. I’ve even had to go in person to be seen. The most alarming part is that twice I’ve arrived for my medical appointment, and the doctor gave me another patient’s information. That is terrifying. Another serious issue is the constant turnover of doctors. They don’t know my history, and it’s not correctly stored in their system—hence the mistakes. Please be ready to sit here for 1 hour in a half even if you have an appointment! These people take way too long to take care of you. They have you sit in one waiting them another waiting room. No communication. This doctor office won’t see me again!

Dr. William Quintero Perez is completely unprofessional. Not only does he not listen to what I (and most likely others) have to say, but he interrupts and dismisses things that are concerning to me. Coming to him as a first time patient, I expected more. What I was met with was a rude gentleman who was very short, and didn't seem to care at all.

The service was excellent and fast. The doctor & nurses were very friendly and explained to me everything I needed to know about the migration medical exam. I would really recommend this place. 5⭐️ to Dr Baez, Fabian & Yainet.
