Used to love this pharmacy. The last two months have been horrible trying to get prescription. Saying they don't have in the system when its actively in the process to fill section (on app) having to have my doctor resend the prescription 4 times. (Have photo proof) to now trying to get my prescription that my last day of is tomorrow. They don't realize January has 31 days so they kept telling me the 30 days was off by one day because they didn't count correctly i have my calendar in front of me. Life changing/saving meds are being filled a day or two late it's actually a big problem.. Been using this pharmacy over 15 years. Never had issues until now.
Staff go out of their way to provide good service. Aaron is especially thorough and helpful. Glad I moved our family prescriptions there.
After a not-very-positive experience with CVS, the pharmacy at Publix is a godsend. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is no waiting behind people who are yelling and arguing with the pharmacy staff. What a blessing!
I am prescribed a control substance that I get through an app. The pharmacist Mina refused to fill my prescription even though I did nothing wrong. He accused me of doctor shopping even though I explained to him how I receive my prescription refill. He was extremely rude. Said very awful things to me. Hung up on me and was just all around a TERRIBLE AWFUL JUDGMENTAL pharmacist. I am reporting him. He is a horrible person for making assumptions about me because I am not able to afford regular health care and was unwilling to understand why I receive my prescription the way I do. I will be making complaints until things change and he is fired or makes an apology to my face.
The two pharmacists (especially the younger gentleman with the blond hair, he always a caring smile on his face with a positive attitude) are very polite, caring and helping. They go out of their ways to be there for you. Thank you for your service. 😃. God bless and provides you with a long lasting healthy life.
